athlete, male or female, young or old, the TITAN 1000 was designed

Not everyone will fit into these categories neatly. Some of you
will fit into several categories.
No company has
ever seriously produced a home gym that a serious athlete could
use and accommodate a young beginner too. Many companies claim they
do, but in all seriousness any home gym that claims this is absolutely
absurd.

The
Bottom Line
The TITAN 1000 is a huge breakthrough in resistance/strength training
equipment. The limitations of past and the current products have
been surpassed by a large degree. This was not an incremental advancement
in equipment technology. All the parameters to consider were carefully
considered and the TITAN 1000 was created from years of thought
and experience.

evolved, the machine overcame obstacles that others could not since
the machine was built around human movement, technology, and simplicity.

Beginners
Being a beginner is sometimes the best stage because everything
is new and fresh. On the other hand it can also be bad because you
are most likely to pick up bad habits if instructed poorly, and
they may be hard to break later in the evolution of a resistance
training program. Since the TITAN is a machine, range of motion
and movements of the exercises are controlled. Also, your TITAN
comes with an instructional DVD which shows proper techniques and
execution of many of the exercises.
Another great
attribute for beginners, as well as any user, is the safety issue.
With resistance training, the interaction with equipment comes with
high loads and extreme forces between you and the machine. It’s
you verses the equipment. Free weights like barbells and dumbbells
have their inherited dangers that can crush, fall, and tip over
on the user. They can smash your fingers, feet, and other body parts
by removing them from racks, benches, and equipment. As one uses
heavier and heavier poundages, the risk becomes higher and higher
to the point that the user becomes aware of his possible mortality
is possible.
As the user
approaches 300+ lb bench presses, 400+ lb squats, and other exercises
that require the lifter to be between the barbell or dumbbells and
the floor, it is imperative that the rep is completed. If you don’t
complete the rep you are realistically DOOMED! On the TITAN these
situations are not possible. Attempting one more rep and reaching
complete muscular failure is not a life or death situation. A spotter
is not even necessary when attempting max lifts as with free weights.
Beginners will
love the simplicity of the TITAN. It can perform over 100 exercises
with minimum setup and alteration. Adding resistance is really simple,
quick, and easy. No hassles from adding or subtracting bows, bands,
or weights. All that is needed is a quick turn of the Pull Pin knob
and slide the cuff along the leverage radius to change resistance.
This is an awesome feature for two people training together that
have vast differences in strength and experience. Male/female training
partners no longer have to do different exercises and different
pieces of equipment to be efficient. Father/son combinations that
have 10 fold differences in strength abilities can train together
without the huge hassle of loading/unloading weights or unhooking
bows and bands.
Combinations
of two or more user’s abilities on the TITAN are now easily
accommodated at the same time. And lastly, the most important point,
the beginner won’t be a beginner forever. As the user becomes
stronger, the need for additional equipment won’t be necessary.
This is especially true for the young male beginner that aspires
to evolve to a high level athlete. The beginner may start out bench
pressing, squatting, rowing, leg pressing, and deadlifting 50 pounds
at the start, to eventually performing these exercises safely with
over 500 pounds of resistance that the TITAN can handle. If you
have a TITAN 1000 you will never need anything else.

Advanced
Athlete
The advanced athlete can benefit from the TITAN 1000’s extreme
limit of resistance and its speed/power attributes mostly. Your
equipment should be tougher than you. If it isn’t, your results
will be limited.
If you don’t
have access to a facility that has the latest commercial equipment
that caters to high level athletes, you are faced with a major dilemma
as an athlete. This is especially true for large male participants
that need extreme resistant forces to train with. Even these facilities
sometimes don’t have equipment that can provide the means
to challenge a 250lb. athlete looking to get more powerful. The
TITAN 1000 can perform pressing exercises like squats, bench press,
shoulder press, leg press, and pulling exercises like bent over
rows, calf raises, shrugs, and deadlifts with over 1000 pounds of
resistance at the handle. So, if you think you are man enough….bring
it. The TITAN 1000 is “The World’s Most Powerful Home

The other thing
about the extreme levels of resistance is the mass-less resistance
from the NITROSHOX. The ability to perform high velocity contractions
and sport style movements with high resistance loads has defied
the free weight community for decades. You just can’t move
300-400-500 lb. weights with speed. It’s because of interaction
of mass with force and common physics. So, it has always been a
low weight/high speed and high weight/low speed exercise continuum.
The heavier it gets, the slower it moves attribute and vise-versa.
With the TITAN 1000 you can do high loads with high velocity. This
changes everything and just might set the sporting world on fire

always seems to happen when the muscle is elongated or in the stretch
phase of the movement. The muscle is in the most vulnerable position

injuries happen when a change of direction or acceleration compounds
the force necessary to change the direction of the large weight.

the equation and the change of direction or acceleration has no

Bodybuilder
The special needs of the bodybuilding lifestyle require numerous
things. Two of the most important are a large arsenal of exercises
and a high degree of resistance. If you want to build your body
it literally takes tons of pressure and lot’s of different
angles to do this, especially for men. As noted previously there
are a lot of infomercial home gyms claiming that they can deliver
the means necessary to build a show quality physique, but ask any
serious body builder what home gym he prefers and you will get laughs.
Yes, you may see a ripped bodybuilder on some infomercial saying
this and that about the product, but in reality it took him years
of workouts with incredible amounts of force exerted from training
at the gym.
If you are a
bodybuilder and you are reading this you know the reality of what
it takes and the current products on the market are NOT capable
of doing it. They may be a good start but a home gym with less than
300 pounds of resistance won’t do it for a guy.
Pertaining to that point, the TITAN can deliver these two important
aspects to the aspiring bodybuilder. Numerous exercises for a variety

The TITAN 1000

cable pulley system all in one. For mass building not much beats
barbell movements because of the high resistance forces one can

Attaching the
cable assembly either in down pressure or routing it in up pressure
will exceed 250 pounds in either direction. All common cable handle

plate for your feet and cable crossover/pulley system to further

Young
For years the impression that weight training is bad for youngsters
is preposterous dogma. The misconception of Olympic lifts and resistance
training is mainly the problem. Do we think that 1 rep max lifts
such as clean and jerk, snatch, dead lifts, etc are dangerous to
children? Absolutely! We think it is dangerous for adults! Using
a weight that you can perform 6 to 20 reps dangerous for any age
group dangerous? Absolutely not. So… to set the record straight,
kids can do resistance training without a problem. The wives tale
of stunting growth has never been proven or found to be true…
so put it to bed!
If there should
be any concerns, as far as dangers, it would be the dangers of the
equipment crushing, falling, or injuring the participant because
of the lack of supervision or the general dangerousness of the equipment
itself. Free weights are the most problematic in these situations.
The TITAN 1000
solves this with several solutions. One, it is a machine, and if
you can get into or between the bar and the bench/platform, you
can’t get crushed by it. The start and end point range of
motion is fixed. Two, there is no adding and removing unsecured
weights onto a bar that can fall off before, during, or after exercising.
The NITROSHOX are speed controlled, so even if you let go of the
bar, your grip fails, the handlebar does not move fast or out of
control like a weight would. Compression speed of the NITROSHOX
is unlimited, but the extension speed is limited. And lastly, no

Female
The female population is now recognizing the health benefits of
